AI for your business, built and run

We build what
stays built.

Solaio builds AI into the work that costs you the most, then runs it, fixes what breaks and keeps improving it for as long as you stay. It answers your calls, writes your quotes and keeps your books, in your words. You never touch a model or a token.

The problem

Where does your week actually go?

Not the work. The work around the work. None of it is why you started the business.

  • Calls you missed because you were on a job
  • Quotes written at 9 pm
  • Follow-ups you meant to send
  • Invoices matched to deposits by hand
  • The same question answered for the fifth time

Three-quarters. Up from a minority two years ago. Your competitors are in this survey.

0%

say AI is fully embedded in how the business runs.

Trying a chatbot is easy. Getting a system to reliably do the work, every day, without you babysitting it, is not. That gap is the whole job.

Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Voices, fielded Jan 27 to Feb 4, 2026, n=1,256. Cited barriers: lack of technical expertise, difficulty choosing tools, data privacy.

Why the numbers disagree

1 in 5

is what the Census Bureau counts, at most.

Same country, same year: 17 to 20% of businesses, and under 20% for firms with fewer than 20 employees. The difference is the question. "Have you tried an AI tool?" versus "is AI used in a business function?"

U.S. Census Bureau, Business Trends and Outlook Survey, collections Dec 14, 2025 to May 3, 2026.

How we count it

A tool you tried once is not a workforce. We count AI as working for you only when it holds a job: a named function, a rule for what it may do, and a record of what it did. That's the number we'll show you on the audit, and it starts at zero.

  • A number the system can defend
  • Never a number it can't

Where it grows

Your answering service+ your CRM+ your email marketing+ your scheduler+
your bookkeeper+ your SOP binder= your AI OS

Except they talk to each other, and they do the work. One workflow first, then the next.

What it's made of

Eight areas of the business. One memory of how you do things.

Each area is a role with a job description and rules for what it may do on its own.

  • IntakeCalls, texts and forms answered and booked
  • SalesQuotes drafted in your words, at your margin
  • MarketingEmails written from what you actually said
  • Customer“Are you still coming at 1?” answered from the real schedule
  • OperationsRoutes, checklists and the crew's morning text
  • Back officeInvoices matched to deposits before you're up
  • Company brainOne answer about any customer, for every employee
  • TrainingYour SOPs, kept current, taught the same way to everyone

A Tuesday, with it running

What a day looks like.

Illustrative. Every example ends with what it deliberately did not do.

Front desk · call answered · 2:12 PM

New customer, leak over the garage, 22 Beacon St

Asked about the roof's age and got photos by text. Offered Thursday at 9. Booked it, confirmed with the caller, added it to Thursday's route.

  • Written to your CRM
  • Nothing sent to anyone but the caller
Sales · quote drafted · 3:05 PM

Re-roof, 14 Elm St, returning customer

Priced from your last 40 comparable jobs at your usual margin, written in your words. It's above the threshold you set, so it waits for you.

  • Draft in your inbox, photos attached
  • Not sent. That takes you.
Back office · books reconciled · 6:00 AM

Yesterday's invoices, matched to deposits

Most matched on the first pass. Two are past terms, so reminders are drafted in your words. One deposit has no invoice behind it.

  • Matched before you were up
  • The odd deposit was flagged, not forced to fit

How an engagement runs

We learn your business first. Then we build, then we run it.

  1. 1About 24 hours

    Audit

How the business actually runs, the work that costs you most, and what we would build and what it would save. A written diagnosis, math shown. Free.

  2. 2Days, not months

    Build

One workflow first, connected to your tools and tested on real work. Quietly at first, until it has earned its place. Free when you sign a monthly retainer, three months minimum.

  3. 3Every week

    Run

We run it, fix what breaks and keep improving it, with a weekly report. You never touch a model. Scope and pricing follow the audit.

Three sizes, set by the audit: Essentials, one workflow · Growth, several connected workflows · Operating System, AI across the business.

Ready to map the whole business? When it fits, the audit leads to a free Strategy Guide: about a week, every department, the full AI OS and the order to build it. You set the pace: one piece at a time, or all of it from day one.

What you can count on

Anyone can wire up an AI tool. Keeping it reliable is the work.

  1. You decide what it may do

What it may just do, what comes to you first, what it must never touch. Set on the audit call, in your words.

  2. Nothing reaches a customer without you

Every email, text and quote is drafted by the system and sent by you, until you say otherwise.

  3. It refuses to guess

A number it can't defend, it won't print. It says what's missing instead.

Autonomy is earned per task, on evidence. It starts at zero.

Why it's different from buying software

It gets better without you doing anything.

Software you buy ages. A system we operate appreciates: every improvement in the underlying AI reaches you as a free upgrade, because we own the stack and you own the outcome.

  • No models, tokens or vendors to manage
  • Reliability, security and improvement are ours
  • A weekly report of what it did and what it didn't

Next step

Start with the audit.

One conversation about how the business actually runs. You get a written diagnosis with the math shown. Then we decide together what, if anything, to build.

  1. 1We book the audit. It's free and takes about 24 hours.
  2. 2You get the written diagnosis. It's yours whether or not we go further.
  3. 3We decide together what to build first. The build is free when you sign on for us to run it.
